Studio Policies
Deposit: Custom Tattoos
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to book and hold your appointment. It will be deducted from your total at the end of your appointment or moved to your next appointment date for artwork requiring multiple sessions.
Consultation Fee: Paramedical
Most paramedical services require a 30-minute in-person consultation. In some cases, we may be able to proceed with your service at the time of booking, or you may choose to take the information home to consider. The consultation fee is $50 and will be deducted from your total at the end of your session.
If you choose not to move forward with the procedure, your consultation fee is non-refundable.
48-Hour Reschedule Policy
48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, the existing booking fee becomes void and non-transferable. A new $50 deposit will be required to book. I also understand that life happens—please reach out to me to discuss options if you are sick or have an unforeseen circumstance arise.
No-Shows/Same-Day Cancellations
Clients who do not show up for an appointment, or cancel the same day, will require 50% of their estimated service cost to book a future appointment. For complimentary services (touchups), the complimentary session becomes void and there will be a $50 charge to re-book.
If your absence or cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to me to discuss alternatives to the above.
Complimentary Services
Complimentary touchups must be booked within 4-8 weeks of your last session. After 8 weeks, the session is no longer complimentary and will be charged accordingly. Clients who choose to forgo touchups will not be refunded any amount. Touchups are not offered for scar camouflage as this service typically takes several sessions to slowly build pigment into the skin.
Touchups that are missed, cancelled, or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be forfeited and will require a $50 charge to rebook.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the appointment being cancelled if I have other client appointments that follow. Please make every effort to connect with me if you are going to be late so I can let you know if there will be time to continue that day.
Right of Refusal
I reserve the right to decline service ahead of treatment or in-person on the day of your service if the treatment is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or outside my scope of work. For custom tattoo work outside of my area of expertise, I will be happy to recommend a local artist for you.
It is very important to read all pre-care instructions and be honest about any medical conditions or issues that may compromise your appointment or healing.
I may decline service for the following reasons: not following pre-care, recent sun exposure, compromised skin, medical issues that will interfere with your appointment, pregnancy, intoxication, inappropriate or aggressive behaviour, not following aftercare instructions (right to refuse touchup), or unapproved prior tattooing. The appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
A Note on Policies
I care about clients and the quality of the work I provide for you. I will always do my best to work with you in situations outside of your control; we all have things happen sometimes!
My policies are in place to protect my time and income. I rely on your punctuality, honesty, and timely communication to keep the studio running smoothly for my clients (including yourself!), and to keep you safe and protect your investment.
Studio Experience & Arrival Information
Location: 603 Broadway Street, Wyoming, ON N0N 1T0
Parking: Please park at the front of the property on Broadway Street and please knock at the front porch door where my logo is displayed. There is typically ample street parking available.
My studio is a private, professional tattoo space situated within my personal family residence: a two-storey Victorian-era home dating back to the mid-1800s which is part of what makes the experience so unique! While traditional tattoo shops can be energetic, social, and fast-paced environments, my studio offers something a little different: a calm, one-on-one setting where your appointment is the sole focus of the day. If you’re looking for a quiet, boutique-style tattoo experience in a historic home studio, you may feel right at home here.
The studio has its own dedicated entrance and client area and is intentionally separated from the private living areas of my home. This allows me to offer a calm, comfortable, one-on-one experience while maintaining clear personal and professional boundaries.

Do not arrive early to your appointment as I may be completing setup.

Do not park or enter through the back entrance.

Do not bring pets due to Lambton Public Health guidelines (service animals are accepted, of course!).

Privacy Policy
I value your privacy. I collect information like name, contact details, and appointment preferences solely to manage bookings, confirmations, and inquiries. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties for promotional purposes. Any data sharing is limited to essential business processes, such as appointment scheduling and health unit records. Records are stored securely in a locked cabinet which is only accessible to me.
