Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking a flash tattoo appointment in support of The Centre for Inspire. Please read the following policies carefully before securing your appointment. APPOINTMENT INFORMATION: 1) Sessions are 20 minutes long 2) Please arrive at my booth 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to: * complete payment (if applicable) * be fitted with your stencil * review and sign your waiver 3) You are welcome to arrive earlier to complete your waiver ahead of time to help speed up your session. 4) Appointment times may shift slightly throughout the day due to event flow and timing. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS: 1. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your slot. 2. If you choose to pay your full balance online ahead of time, the amount paid minus your deposit will be returned to you after the event if you decide to cancel, are late to your appointment time, or no-show to your session. 3. Remaining balances must be paid at the event before your tattoo begins. 4. Payment methods include cash, etransfer, credit, or debit. DESIGN POLICY: To ensure speed and consistency of service during the event: ~ Flash tattoos are limited strictly to the pre-drawn flash designs provided for the day. ~ No custom requests, alterations, additions, resizing, or design changes will be available. ~ Designs are pre-sized and pre-stenciled to keep appointments running on schedule. APPROVED PLACEMENT AREAS: * inner forearm/wrist * outer forearm * outer bicep * lower back of neck * upper or lower back This is a public event setting. Be mindful of what areas of skin may need to be exposed for accessibility during your appointment. You will be seated either facing forward or backward during the tattoo process. For efficient service, the following placements will not be available: * hands/fingers * legs * feet * ribs * stomach * any placement requiring you to lie down Placement may also be refused if the skin is unsuitable for tattooing or stencil application. AGE REQUIREMENT: * 18+ only: valid government-issued photo ID may be requested. LATE ARRIVAL/NO-SHOW * If you arrive late, you may forfeit your appointment time and deposit. * Due to the limited timing of this event, accommodations for late arrivals cannot be guaranteed. * If you are unable to attend or are feeling unwell, please provide at least 24 hours notice where possible. Additional information including pre-care and aftercare will be sent to you ahead of May 30th. Please include your email in the form.
